Parents, enjoy a night out while your kids have a great time at the YMCA! Children will enjoy swimming, playing in the gym and more. Snacks will be provided. Parents/guardians must sign children in and out of the building with a YMCA youth or family member photo ID card; pre-registration beginning on the 1st of each month is required. Swimming is available for children 6-12 years old.

For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 430 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music helping you achieve much more than on your own! You?ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more..
