Youth & Teen Fitness

At the Y, we feel it’s important to instill healthy fitness practices early on. That’s why youth ages ten and up are encouraged to use our Wellness Centers where they will not only build physical strength, but gain confidence and develop healthy habits. (Certain restrictions apply)

Youth & Teen Personal Training

Youth and teens can work one-on-one with trained fitness staff to accomplish specific fitness goals, weight management, and sport-specific conditioning. They are introduced to age appropriate body weight exercises, cardiovascular games, and drills as well as the proper usage of our strength and cardiovascular equipment. Friend Fit is available. (Additional fees apply.)

Growing Up Fit

Growing Up Fit is an innovative weight management program for children ages six through 13 and their families. It consists of an initial health assessment, eight weeks of education and exercise, a post-assessment, and a graduation celebration. A parent or guardian must participate with all children.
