Boys and girls learn basic basketball skills: dribbling, shooting, passing, and positioning. Game-like situations are focused on. The early weeks of the program are spent teaching drills and sharpening skills. Scrimmaging will take place in later weeks as an addition to skill development. Introduce your child to the sport invented by the YMCA.

An organized swim program for adults who are interested in building endurance and improving their strokes and turns. Participation in competitive meets is possible, but not required. Training takes place during fitness swims.
