At the Y, we believe in making sure that you are healthy in spirit, mind, and body. We recognize that living a healthier, more active lifestyle is not always easy and has its challenges! That’s why at the Y we strive to provide a wide variety of programs and services, along with well-trained and supportive staff to help you start and stay on your journey to a healthier new you.

YMCA Member Rate: $250.00   Program Member Rate: $300.00

Tweens and teens will work through character development, role playing, and problem solving in a supervised and safe space designed for them and their peers. Snacks provided, but feel welcome to bring some to share. Program runs the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month
