The Wellness Centers at each of our Y branches across Western New York offer group exercise classes, so our members can make fitness a healthy — and fun — part of their lifestyle. For anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit ? fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music ? helping you achieve much more than on your own! You?ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

A great way to relieve stress and tension, this aerobic based class combines martial arts, boxing, aerobic exercises, and strengthening exercises to increase flexibility, balance, strength, and coordination. Learn the proper way to kick and punch in a safe, non-contact environment.
