Group Exercise Classes

Working out doesn’t have to mean logging solo time on the treadmill or elliptical machine! The Wellness Centers at each of our Y branches across Western New York offer group exercise classes, so our members can make fitness a healthy — and fun — part of their lifestyle. This class is specifically designed for ages 10-15 years old to get fit while having fun! This class is led by a skilled YMCA trainer with experience working with kids and teaching proper form. Each class will focus on body weight. *Registration required, due to limited space.
