Certified instructors teach group cycling through a simple set of movements and hand positions on specially designed stationary bikes. Catering to both the elite and recreational athlete, this high-energy group exercise class is a low impact workout that integrates music, camaraderie, and visualization, enabling you to enjoy a powerful mind body connection.
