Monday: 10:10am - 10:50am Thursday: 10:20am - 11:00am Women, let us help you build confidence while building muscle! Strength training is a must for women and our small group "Women on Weights" training program is a great way to learn and apply safe and effective weight training techniques. A minimum of four participants are required to run the class.

Students develop comfort with underwater exploration and learn to safely exit in the event of falling into a body of water in stage 1. This stage lays the foundation that allows for a student's future progress in swimming.

Day & Time: Sat, 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM
YMCA Member Rate: $80.00   Program Member Rate: $115.00

In stage 3, students learn how to swim to safety from a longer distance than in previous stages in the event of falling into a body of water. This stage also introduces rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action.
