This class is specifically designed for ages 10-15 years old to get fit while having fun! This class is led by a skilled YMCA trainer with experience working with kids and teaching proper form. Each class will focus on body weight.

Women, let us help you build confidence while building muscle! Strength training is a must for women and our small group “Women on Weights” training program is a great way to learn and apply safe and effective weight training techniques. A minimum of four participants are required to run the class.
