Strength training is a must for women and our small group “Women on Weights” training program is a great way to learn and apply safe and effective weight training techniques. A minimum of four participants are required to run the class.

This class is specifically designed for ages 10-15 years old to get fit while having fun! This class is led by a skilled YMCA trainer with experience working with kids and teaching proper form. Each class will focus on body weight.
