No matter the age or interest, our sports programs are designed to provide participants with a positive experience. We work hard to establish a non-competitive environment where skill development, teamwork, and sportsmanship are stressed. Relieve stress and build strength by incorporating the mind, body, and spirit into your workout. This hatha-based class, appropriate for all levels of students, helps improve flexibility, muscular strength, posture and alignment through yoga poses, breathing and relaxation.
